VOLUNTEERING
Welcome New and returning parents
It will be another great swim season! Our goal is to make this team fun for the kids as well as the families of our swimmers.
Volunteering is a big aspect to making this team successful. Without our volunteers we would not be able to run any of our meets. It takes a small army of volunteers each week to put the event together.
Please help out your children's team and making it a great experience for them. There is plenty of information on this website that will guide you through all the roles we need volunteers for (see details under Volunteer Description ).
As part of the Piranhas Swim team, you are required to volunteer at swim meets. Our team has so many great parents that do want the best for their kids and volunteer multiple times. Without enough critical roles filled at the meet, our team is at risk of forfeiting the meet.
To avoid any confusion and chaos on the day of the meet, we would like to parents to plan ahead to let us know their availability to volunteer and get the proper training in advance. Instructions on all the roles have been provided in this website for reference. (see details under Volunteering Instructions) .
